Abstract
Based on the actual investigation,a typical building energy consumption model for existing shop-ping malls in hot summer and warm winter regions was developed.An actual shopping mall building in Shen-zhen was selected to validate the credibility of the pro-posed model.Combined with the simulation results of the typical shopping mall building energy consumption model,the load characteristics and energy consump-tion characteristics of shopping mall buildings in the hot summer and warm winter region are analyzed,showing that the model has a certain degree of credibil-ity.The air conditioning systems in existing shopping mall buildings operate under part-load conditions for long periods in hot summer and warm winter regions.The energy consumption of typical shopping mall build-ings varies significantly depending on their construc-tion era,so it is necessary to formulate differentiated retrofit strategies for air conditioning systems.关键词
