Analysis on Renewal and Renovation of Old Urban Gas Pipelines
摘要
Abstract
The national normative documents and regu-lations are analyzed from the national level,while the local normative documents of various provinces and cit-ies are analyzed from the regional level.Although spe-cific implementation plans for the aging renewal and renovation of urban gas pipelines have been put for-ward,the actual renewal and renovation projects of ur-ban gas pipelines face a series of issues.The main is-sues include incomplete laws and regulations,complex engineering conditions,and insufficient funds.It is rec-ommended to formulate well-developed technical stan-dards and accelerate the overall planning of urban gas pipeline zoning;additionally,local governments should provide certain support to urban gas enterprises in terms of financial subsidies,tax preferences,and tax re-funds.关键词
