摘要
Abstract
Twelve domestic and international green-house gas accounting systems and standards are com-pared.The similarities and differences in accounting objects,accounting levels,accounting methods and emission reduction targets are summarized.The compo-sition of the methane emission accounting system for urban gas transmission and distribution systems is ana-lyzed.Recommendations for designing a methane emis-sion accounting system are proposed based on the char-acteristics of urban gas transmission and distribution systems in China.关键词
