乳腺癌术后化疗患者自我损耗的潜在剖面分析及影响因素研究
Potential profile analysis and influencing factors of ego-depletion in patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer

Abstract
Objective To investigate the characteristics of ego-depletion in patients with breast cancer and to analyze the influencing factors of patients in different categories.Methods Using convenient sampling,from April 2023 to April 2024,223 patients with breast cancer during postoperative chemotherapy in breast and thyroid ward and oncology ward of Fenyang Hospital were selected for the study.Patients were investigated using the General Information Questionnaire,Self-Regulatory Fatigue Scale,Social Constraints Scale,Social Impact Scale,and Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire.Latent profile analysis was used to identify categories of ego-depletion characteristics of the patients,and ordered multi-categorical logistic regression to further analyze their influencing factors.Results Pa-tients with breast cancer during postoperative chemotherapy can be divided into"low depletion-emotional dysregulation group(49.3%)","medium depletion-cognitive-behavioral group(32.3%)",and"general high-depletion group(18.4%)";ordered multi-categorical lo-gistic regression showed that patients with lower literacy,poorer sleep quality,no postoperative breast preservation,higher social con-straints,higher social impact and greater psychological rigidity had higher levels of ego-depletion(all P<0.05).Conclusion There is heterogeneity in ego-depletion in patients undergoing postoperative chemotherapy for breast cancer,which can be categorized into three potential categories;patients with less education,poorer sleep quality,no breast preservation,cognitive fusion and greater social impact and social restraints have higher levels of ego-depletion.More attention should be paid to such patients and effective measures should be carried out to reduce the level of ego-depletion in patients.关键词
