Construction of bridging cultivation program for master of nursing specialist and cardiothoracic nurse based on Hamric model

Abstract
Objective To construct a bridging cultivation program for master of nursing specialist and cardiothoracic nurse.Methods Based on the Hamric model,policies and literature were searched to form the draft of bridging cultivation program.Delphi method was used to conduct a two-round of consultation with 15 experts.Based on experts'opinions and item screening criteria,final draft of the program was established.Results Eleven studies were selected from 1,355 pieces of literature,and the draft of expert consultation questionnaire was developed.Positive coefficients of two-round expert consultations were 100%.Authority coefficient was 0.908 and 0.888,and Kendall coordination coefficient 0.243 and 0.146,respectively(P<0.001).The final version of the program consist-ed of four first-level indicators(training objectives,theoretical courses,clinical practice and examination and evaluation),21 second-level and 81 third-level indicators.Conclusion The bridging cultivation program is comprehensive,scientific and practical.It con-tributes to bridging the gap between academic education and professional requirements,and can serve as a reference for cultivating high-level cardiothoracic nursing talents.关键词
