慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者自我管理评估工具的系统评价
Assessment tools for self-management of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease:a systematic review

Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the methodological quality and measurement properties of assessment tools for self-management in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),and provide reference for medical staff to choose high-quality assessment tools.Methods We systematically searched for studies on assessment tools for self-management in COPD patients in PubMed,Web of Science Core Collection,Embase,CINAHL,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,and CBM,with a retrieval time ranging from the inception to November 25,2024.The literature was screened by two researchers independently.Under the guidance of Consensus-based Standards for the Selection of Health Measurement Instrument(COSMIN),the quality of the included assessment tools was evalu-ated by the COSMIN risk of bias checklist and quality criteria,and recommendations were ultimately formed.Results Thirteen stud-ies were included,involving eleven assessment tools.The Self-Care in Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Inventory(SC-COPDI)has good content validity and internal consistency,and was recommended as Grade-A.All other assessment tools were recommended as Grade-B.Conclusion The measurement properties of SC-COPDI are reported to be relatively comprehensive,with good reliability and validity,and the questionnaire can be recommended for temporary use.More research is needed in the future to improve its method-ological quality and measurement properties.关键词
