神经重症患者口渴安全管理方案的构建研究
Construction of a refined thirst management program for neurocritical care patients based on safety protocol for thirst management

Abstract
Objective To construct a refined management program for neurocritical care patients based on safety protocol for the man-agement of thirst,and to meet thirst intervention needs of patients and alleviate discomfort caused by thirst.Methods Based on the theoretical framework of safety protocol for the management of thirst,literature review and analysis of influencing factors were used to develop a preliminary draft of a refined thirst management program.Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of expert consulta-tion with 18 experts,and the indicators of the management program were modified and determined.Results The recovery rates of the two rounds of consultation were 94%and 100%;the expert authority coefficients 0.89 and 0.89,and the Kendall's coefficients of concor-dance(W)0.18 and 0.25,respectively(both P<0.01).The coefficient of variation for each item ranged from 0 to 0.19 in the 2nd round of consultation.The final version of thirst management program consisted of 4 first-level,18 secondary-level,and 40 third-level indica-tors,of which the first-level indicators included identification of influencing factors,pre intervention evaluation,classification of inter-vention plans,and effectiveness evaluation.Conclusion The refined thirst management program for neurocritical care patients based on safety protocol for the management of thirst constructed in the study is comprehensive,rigorous and standardized.Medical staff can choose appropriate thirst intervention methods according to patients'clinical characteristics and actual needs.关键词
