Gibbs反思循环联合抛锚实例教学法在实习护生死亡教育教学中的应用研究

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Gibbs'Reflective Cycle combined with anchored instruction in clinical teaching of death education for nursing students.Methods The nursing students who practiced in the Department of Hematology of Tianjin Cancer Hospital from June 2021 to April 2023 and from July 2023 to March 2025 were selected as research objects by cluster sampling.According to the admission time,49 students were in the control group and 44 cases were in the experimental group.The con-trol group adopted conventional teaching mode,and the experimental group Gibbs'Reflective Cycle combined with anchored instruc-tion.The scores of attitude towards death,death anxiety and meaning in life of the two groups were compared before and after the inter-vention.Results After the intervention,the scores of attitude towards death and the scores of each dimension in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of death anxiety and meaning in life were 20.07±4.41 and 55.18±4.98 in the experimental group,and those were 32.39±9.66 and 45.96±7.59 in the con-trol group,showing statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusion Gibbs'Reflective Cycle combined with anchored instruction help improve critical thinking of nursing students,change their attitude towards death,relieve their anxiety,and promote positive transforma-tions in their sense of meaning in life.关键词
