摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the method of calculating the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress in nursing field,and to apply it in practice.Methods Using the Cobb-Douglas production function,a calculation model was established,and the relevant data from Hubei Provincial Yearbook from 2005 to 2023 were selected for the analysis and application.Results Since the"Eleventh Five-Year Plan"period,the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress in nursing field had shown a V-trend,with an average contribution rate of 38.6%.Conclusion The contribution rate of scientific and technological progress in nursing field has increased rapidly in recent years,and there is still a gap when compared with the contribution rate of social progress in the whole industry.It is suggested that breakthroughs should be made in technological innovation,achievement transformation,data empower-ment and talent training in the field of nursing.关键词
