Construction of Humanistic Care Quality Improvement Program for Outpatient Nurses based on the theoretical structure of humanistic care quality

Abstract
Objective To construct a Quality Improvement Program of Humanistic Care for Outpatient Nurses.Methods Based on the theoretical structure of humanistic care quality of nurses,through literature review and group discussion,a Quality Improvement Program of Humanistic Care for Outpatient Nurses was constructed.Delphi method was employed to conduct 2 rounds of inquiry in twenty experts.Results The effective recovery rates of 2 rounds of correspondence questionnaire were 100%,and expert authority coefficients(Cr)0.910 and 0.950,respectively.Kendall coordination coefficients of the second round of inquiry were 0.317,0.491 and 0.505 respectively(all P<0.05).The coefficient of variation was<0.25 for all items.The final program consisted of 4 expected goals,16 improvement measures and 16 implementation plans.Conclusion The Quality Improvement Program of Humanistic Care for Outpa-tient Nurses is scientific and reliable,which is conducive to the cultivation of humanistic care in outpatient nurses.关键词
