Abstract
A static output feedback control method is proposed for singular Markov jump time-delay systems subject to unmeasurable state variables and time-varying delays in practical applications.First,the stochastic admissibility of the closed-loop system is rigorously established using the Lyapunov-Krasovskii functional approach and linear matrix inequality(LMI)techniques.Then,to address the challenges posed by the singular structure and nonlinear coupling terms in controller design,stability and system augmentation lemmas are employed to derive equivalent sufficient conditions with reduced conservatism.The proposed method offers a relaxed decoupling scheme for solving the matrix inequalities,leading to broad applicability.Finally,simulations on a load frequency control power system demonstrate that the proposed method can effectively suppress disturbances,reduce communication data volume,and achieve a triggering rate of 32.7%,while ensuring the system's stochastic admissibility.Additionally,the regulation time for frequency deviation is shortened by approximately 17.6%,exhibiting superior H∞ performance metrics that γ*=0.226.关键词
