Innovative Practices,Realistic Challenges,and Promotion Paths of Digital Transformation in Rural Governance
摘要
Abstract
Digital transformation is the key to modernizing rural governance.Currently,driven by digital technology,various regions have implemented a series of innovative practices.These include building an integrated digital platform,promoting the downward extension of"Internet+Public Services",and applying big data for precise management and decision-making,to improving governance efficiency and service capabilities effectively.However,the transformation process also faces multiple challenges,such as prominent digital formalism,uneven coverage of digital infrastructure,urgent needs to eliminate digital bottlenecks,and relatively limited digital application scenarios.To further advance the digital transformation of rural governance,it is essential to adhere to the principle of adapting measures to local conditions and implementing targeted classified policies;adhere to a people-oriented approach to address pain points;persist in institutional innovation to optimize the allocation of rights and responsibilities;and uphold system collaboration to promote overall intelligent governance.关键词
