Development of Government-Led Sino-Foreign Cooperative Parks in Jiangsu Province
摘要
Abstract
Sino-foreign cooperative parks serve as core strategic platforms for deepening international cooperation.Under the government-led management model,the government must clarify its role boundaries,accurately perform core functions such as planning guidance and policy supply,and drive the upgrading of park capabilities through institutional innovation.This paper employs a multidimensional empirical analysis method to investigate the current development status,operational performance,and successful experiences of Sino-foreign cooperative parks in Jiangsu Province.It analyzes the existing challenges and proposes a synergistic development path,which involves optimizing institutional mechanisms,upgrading factor allocation,deepening international cooperation,and adhering to green development principles.The findings aim to provide decision-making references for promoting the transformation of government-led Sino-foreign cooperative parks in Jiangsu toward high-end,internationalized,and intelligent development.关键词
