Exploring a Generative AI-Enabled Project-Based Teaching Model for E-Commerce Courses

Abstract
Generative Artificial Intelligence(Generative AI)is rapidly emerging as a pivotal technological force driving curriculum restructuring.Focusing on the problems existing in Project-Based Learning(PBL)of e-commerce courses,based on teaching practice,this paper explores the enabling role of Generative AI in solving the timeliness problem of cases,making up for the gap in process feedback,expanding the assessment of higher-order abilities,enhancing the depth of team co-creation,and improving the closed-loop of teaching data.Furthermore,it explores the integration path of Generative AI and PBL,and constructs a three-dimensional teaching model of"Intelligent Generation—Interactive Deepening—Ethical Safeguarding".Combined with theories such as the TPACK knowledge model,self-directed learning,and digital governance,a set of operable teaching implementation systems is formed.Empirical research conducted in three universities in Jiangsu Province shows that this model effectively improves students'innovative abilities,participation,and quality of achievements.Meanwhile,aiming at the problems exposed in practice,such as students'over-reliance on AI,teachers'anxiety,and insufficient ethical management,this paper proposes optimization paths.关键词
