Abstract
Since the establishment of China's pesticide registration system in 1982,the management of administrative and institutional fees for pesticides has been gradually implemented.Until 2017,against the strategic background of the government streamlining and the reduction of the burdens on enterprises,the collection of pesticide registration fee was suspended.This paper provides a detailed examination of fee structures associated with administrative licensing in China,with particular emphasis on pesticides and pharmaceuticals.It further offers a systematic analysis of the current international practices regarding pesticide registration renewal fees,encompassing jurisdictions such as the United States,the European Union,and Japan.The purpose is to focus on China's pesticide registration renewal fee system,to clarify the critical importance of its implementation,to contribute to the optimization of the pesticide product structure,and to foster high-quality development of the pesticide industry.关键词
