Abstract
Precise manuscript solicitation of university academic journals is a key link for journals to improve academic quality and enhance academic influence.Moreover,it serves as an important link for journals to showcase the university's scientific research achievements and support discipline construction.Under the background of digital empowerment,the model innovation of precise manuscript solicitation for university academic journals is mainly reflected in several aspects,including data-driven intelligent topic planning,algorithm-assisted discovery and invitation of target authors,construction of a collaborative expert resource network,and dynamic manuscript life cycle management.The precise solicitation under digital empowerment by digital technology is not a simple superposition of technologies,but a systematic innovation featuring data-driven topic selection,intelligent author matching,digital process optimization and collaborative value enhancement.Digitalization is not intended to replace editors;instead,through technological empowerment,it frees editors from tedious basic work such as information collection and screening,enabling them to focus more on the higher-value work of academic judgment and relationship building for journals.关键词
