Evolution of Intelligence Analysis Methods in the U.S. Intelligence Community and Implications
摘要
Abstract
[Research purpose]Intelligence analysis methods are a critical factor determining the success of intelligence analysis work.Studying the development and application evolution of intelligence analysis methods within the U.S. Intelligence Community helps distill universal principles for improving such methods and provides directional guidance for their developmental transformation.[Research method]This paper employs systematic analysis and the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).It analyzes the driving forces of the evolu-tion of intelligence analysis methods in the U.S. Intelligence Community,reviews the evolutionary process,and synthesizes implications of the evolution.[Research result/conclusion]The intelligence analysis methods' evolution follows the fundamental logic of"problem-driven-tool adaptation".It represents a continuous attempt to achieve an explicit and standardized representation of human thought.The complexity and adaptability of analysis methods progressively deepen,while the role of technological assistance and the trend towards methods' technologization become increasingly prominent.关键词
