分离细菌对螺旋藻循环培养的促进效果研究
Studies on the Promoting Effect of Bacteria Isolated from Spirulina platensis Culture Medium on Spirulina Cyclic Cultivation

Abstract
To solve the problem that the growth of Spirulina is inhibited during the cyclic cultivation,in this study,we conducted 6 rounds of cyclic cultivation of Spirulina platensis.The results showed that the biomass of S.platensis decreased from 0.908 g/L in the first round to 0.633 g/L in the sixth round,and the content of protein and polysaccharide in the cyclic culture medium increased from 9.319 mg/L and 28.610 mg/L in the first round to 80.114 mg/L and 210.090 mg/L in the sixth round.Four strains of bacteria were isolated and identified from the culture medium of S.platensis.The co-culture of S.platensis with two bacteria was constructed and compared with the co-culture of S.platensis with single bacterial isolate.The bacteria used included Staphylococcus sp.S3 Microcella sp.,S4.The biomass of S.platensis co-cultured with two bacteria increased by 12.70%,and the content of its phycocyanin increased by 12.03%.The contents of proteins and polysaccharides in medium decreased by 16.24%and 11.32%,respectively.S3 and S4 strains at a ratio of 1∶1 and a total OD600 of 0.3 was added to the 6-round cultivation of S.platensis at 32℃.During the seventh round of cyclic cultivation,the biomass of Spirulina increased by 23.80%,the content of its phycocyanin increased by 22.83%,and the contents of proteins and polysaccharides in the medium declined by 7.39%and 16.90%,respectively.The results implied that the co-cultured bacteria significantly reduced the inhibitory effect of proteins and polysaccharides in medium on the growth of S.platensis,which provided a reference for optimizing the cyclic cultivation technology of Spirulina.关键词
