摘要

Abstract

During the construction of Section Ⅰ of the Shenzhen University of Technology project.This article proposes a multi-dimensional information fusion visualization model driven conflict analysis meth-od based on Building Information Modeling(BIM)technology,which systematically optimizes the con-struction process and reasonably controls the construction progress.As a key link in mechanical and electrical installation,the refrigeration room has become a key and difficult point in project management due to its diverse equipment,large weight,complex pipelines,and high construction difficulty.Based on the integrated application of BIM technology and factory assembly construction,four core technolo-gies are proposed,including a systematic construction method for modular refrigeration rooms,BIM+IoT gantry track movement,which can reduce pump module errors by 85%and improve assembly and installation efficiency by 90%,significantly improving construction quality,efficiency,and safety,and providing strong practical references for lean construction and digital management of complex computer rooms.
