Abstract

Deep-sea energy development is the core area of the current global resource strategy.The stability and safety of marine riser system work are the key research content in the oil and gas development process.For a key connector of the entire system,research on its structural performance is indispensable.This paper uses SolidWorks software to establish a physical model,and analyzes the impact of the tensile force on the structure of the marine riser fixture when the size is 30-meter-long riser is 12 inches and 30 inches respectively based on ANSYS Workbench software.The research results show that:The linear equivalent stress simulation results of the support base of the riser fixture are compared with the allowable stress criterion,and the strength meets the safety requirements,and no plastic collapse occurs.When the safety factor of the tensile force of a 12-inch 30-meter riser is amplified to three times,it can be seen from the linear equivalent stress simulation results that the strength still meets the safety requirements.
