Abstract
This study addresses the modeling,simulation,and model calibration of industrial vacuum systems by proposing a 1D simulation model capable of simulating the sequential activation process of multi-stage vacuum pumps.The model integrates the series configuration of pumps,system leakage,and the sequential activation and deactivation mechanisms of multi-stage pumps.By employing a pressure-threshold-based submodule activation strategy,it enables dynamic simulation of different vacuum stages.Simulation results indicate that the model can accurately calculate the evacuation process and the ultimate vacuum pressure,exhibiting strong agreement with experimental data.This study provides theoretical and engineering support for the precise design of vacuum systems,optimization of vacuum equipment,and fault prediction.关键词
