摘要

Abstract

This research takes smart capacity expansion as the foothold.Aiming at the problems of congestion and difficulty in management and control in the road network under abnormal mode,this research discusses the collaborative management and control strategies applicable to the road network,in order to improve daily traffic efficiency while ensuring road network safety.The research adopts a smart capacity expansion method based on predicting traffic demand,identifying bottleneck sections and dynamic regulation,and obtains a collaborative management and control strategy that can reduce the impact of road network congestion and increase vehicle traffic speed.In short,combining smart expansion with road network collaborative management will help managers cope with road traffic conditions due to abnormal events,and it is of great significance to improve the intelligence of road network management.
