摘要

Abstract

In view of the problems of single clamping method,cumbersome operation,and low efficiency of thin-walled complex-shaped parts,based on the principle of vacuum adsorption,a vacuum fixture is designed to achieve precise positioning and rapid clamping functions,so as to solve problems such as size,shape and surface quality caused by vibration in cutting thin-walled complex-shaped parts.The application of the vacuum fixture can greatly improve production efficiency and machining accuracy,thus providing a feasible solution for machining thin-walledcomplex-shaped parts and has good popularization and application value.
