Abstract
This research is committed to building a dynamic early warning system for river basin ecological security with universal adaptability,and innovatively proposes a three-in-one technical paradigm of"multi-source perception-intelligent decision-visual interaction."By integrating multimodal data fusion algorithms and deep reinforcement learning frameworks,a configurable intelligent watershed monitoring system has been developed to break through the spatio-temporal scale limitations of traditional methods.The system architecture adopts the collaborative operation mechanism of distributed sensing networks and edge computing nodes to build a hierarchical technical framework including environmental awareness matrices,heterogeneous communication relays,and intelligent analysis hubs,realizing the full range from sub-minute data capture to three-dimensional visual decision-making.Link closed-loop management.On the technical realization path,algorithm modules such as hydrodynamic simulation,habitat simulation and multi-objective optimization are integrated to form a parameter adaptive watershed characteristic analysis scheme.The core of the system uses a dynamic risk-awareness engine and combines deep time-series prediction network algorithms to build a multi-level early warning response mechanism including abnormal fluctuation identification,trend deduction and risk map generation.A prediction method based on LSTM model is established and applied to water level early warning of water conservancy projects.关键词
