摘要

Abstract

This research adopts the YOLOv8 deep learning framework to study the dynamic recognition technology and application scenarios of the operating status and coal volume of coal mine scraper machines and belt conveyors,and builds a Visual AI model using pictures,videos and cameras as multiple data fusion analysis,forming a continuous analysis algorithm based on the operating data of electromechanical equipment,and developing an effective electromechanical equipment production system that calculates dead time and coal production time in sections.AI identification technology is used to analyze the effective production of electromechanical equipment and dynamically analyze the operating rate of equipment,which provides good conditions for ensuring the effective operation of coal mine electromechanical equipment,and provides a strong scientific basis for production scheduling and command.
