离子交换法与还原沉淀法去除氢氧化钴中铀的试验研究

Abstract
Experimental research on uranium removal from cobalt hydroxide was conducted using cobalt hydroxide with a uranium content of 200 mg/kg as the raw material.The results showed that the uranium removal rate was 95.9%and the uranium residue was 8.2 mg/kg under the condition of single-stage adsorption(flow rate 4 mL/min and height diameter ratio 8.2∶1),which was significantly lower than the standard limit.The uranium-containing cobalt hydroxide was treated by zero-valent iron Reduction-Precipitation Method,and the uranium removal rate was 82.3%and the residual amount was 35.4 mg/kg under the conditions of pH=2 and 24 h of reaction,which could meet the requirements of uranium removal.In conclusion,the Ion Exchange Method is considered to be the optimal technical solution for uranium removal of cobalt hydroxide,and has the potential for industrial promotion.Reduction-Precipitation Method can be used as an adjunct to specific acidic conditions.关键词
