冬季低温割胶对橡胶树热研879产胶及其质量的影响
Effects of Winter Low-Temperature Tapping on the Latex Production and Quality of Rubber Tree Reyan 879

Abstract
This study selected the rubber tree clone Reyan 879 to investigate the effects of low-temperature tapping in winter on latex physiological parameters and rubber quality in Hainan,aiming to provide a scientific basis for guiding low-temperature tapping production in winter in Reyan 879.Tapping was conducted on Reyan 879 under winter low-temperature conditions via the S/2 d/3 tapping system(half-spiral,one tap every 3 days).Measurements of latex yield,dry rubber content,thiol content,sucrose content,inorganic phosphorus content,rubber particle size,and rubber quality indicators such as rubber molecular weight,Mooney viscosity,nitrogen content,initial plasticity(P0),and the plastic retention index(PRI)were taken,followed by correlation analysis of the experimental data.The results revealed that winter low-temperature tapping led to a continuous de-crease in latex yield,dry rubber content,sucrose content,rubber particle size,rubber molecular weight,Money viscosity,and initial plasticity(P0)in Reyan 879.The downward trend persisted for a period before stabilizing,and when the temperature rose,these latex physiological parameters and rubber quality indicators increased rapidly.In contrast,the contents of thiols and inor-ganic phosphorus in latex showed the opposite trend,increasing as the temperature decreased.In terms of raw rubber quality,the Mooney viscosity,rubber molecular weight,and initial plasticity(P0)continued to decline with low-temperature tapping,showing positive correlations with each other but negative correlations with nitrogen content and PRI.Moreover,the nitrogen content and PRI of raw rubber increased continuously as the temperature decreased,with a positive correlation between them.Low winter temperatures reduced the latex production and rubber quality in Reyan 879.The decrease in latex sucrose and inor-ganic phosphorus contents was a vital cause of the reduced latex yield.However,the decline in raw rubber quality might be closely related to the decrease in rubber molecular weight and the increase in nitrogen content.Therefore,low winter tempera-tures are not conducive to the tapping production of high-performance natural rubber.关键词
