环剥处理与生长调节剂对河口青皮红心柚促花保果的影响
Effects of Ring Stripping Treatment and Growth Regulators on the Promotion of Flower Promotion and Fruit Preservation of Hekou Green-skin Red-pulp Pomelo

Abstract
Hekou green-skin red-pulp pomelo has problems such as strong growth of young and mature trees,excessive nu-trient growth,strong branching ability,a weak germination rate,fewer flowers,and a low fruit setting rate.To solve these issues,this study aimed to reduce tree growth,promote flower bud formation,and increase the fruit setting rate of Hekou green-skin red-pulp pomelo.In this study,4-year-old pomelo plants with green skin and red pulp were selected as test mate-rials.The main trunk ring stripping(diameter 11-16 cm),main lateral ring stripping(diameter 7-9 cm),and leaf surface spraying with uniconazole or paclobutrazol alone or in combination with the other treatments were performed from September to November.In March and April,when the spring shoots were old and ripe(2/3 of the leaves turned green),another batch of trees was subject to ring peeling to preserve fruit.The results showed that ring stripping of the primarily lateral branches(di-ameter of 7-9 cm)and plant growth regulators(paclobutrazol and uniconazole)had distinct flower-promoting effects in the Hekou area from September to November.Moreover,it could promote the thickening of spring shoots,shorten the length of internodes,decrease the length of leaves,and play a role in controlling shoots and promoting flowers.The contents of gibbe-rellin 3(GA3),abscisic acid(ABA),phytocytokinin(CTK),and indoleacetic acid(IAA)in the fruits significantly increased in response to the treatments.During the first physiological fruiting period,the ring stripping of the trunk or main branch could preserve the fruit of the pomelo.Ring stripping treatment can promote the formation of flowers and increase the number of fruit set in the Hekou area.The above research shows that ring stripping can promote flowers and preserve fruit in the Hekou area and increase yield,which has important guiding significance for the actual production of this pomelo in the Hekou area of Yunnan Province.关键词
