脱水处理对6个不同品种奇楠沉香种子萌发及成苗的影响
Effects of Dehydration Treatment on Seed Germination and Seedling Formation in Six Different Varieties of Aquilaria sinensis'Qi Nan'

Abstract
To understand the dehydration sensitivity and germination characteristics of seeds from different varieties of Aquilaria sinensis'Qi Nan',six varieties were used as research materials.The moisture content,germination rate,germination potential,and seedling formation rate were studied after natural dehydration indoors.The results revealed significant differ-ences in the 1 000-seed weight,moisture content,germination rate,germination potential,and seedling formation rate among different varieties with different dehydration durations.Fresh seeds of A.sinensis'Qi Nan'had a moisture content of 46.46%-56.85%and a 1000-seed weight of 170.53-255.16 g.The seeds dehydrated quickly under natural indoor conditions;after five days of dehydration,their moisture content decreased to 3.81%-5.19%,with'Youyezi'losing water the fastest.The average germination rate,germination potential,and seedling formation rate of the fresh seeds of the six varieties were 100.00%,63.15%,and 91.48%,respectively.As the moisture content decreased,the germination rate of the six varieties tend-ed to fluctuate,dropping to 93.70%after three days of dehydration,with the seedling formation rate decreasing to 59.07%.In contrast,the germination potential showed an overall fluctuating upward trend,increasing to 82.05%after three days of dehy-dration.Based on comprehensive indicators,the'Ziqi'variety performed the best.After three days of dehydration,the seeds from the indoors had the highest germination rate,germination potential,and seedling formation rate,indicating that the'Ziqi'seeds had strong dehydration tolerance.关键词
