化橘红种质资源改接换种试验
Experiments of Huajuhong(Citrus maxima Tomentosa)Germplasm Resource Re-grafting

Abstract
To collect,conserve and characterize the germplasm resources of Huajuhong(Citrus maxima Tomentosa),enrich its varietal diversity and promote the sustainable development of the Huajuhong industry,this study introduced eight germplasm resources(Miyejinmao,Miye,Huangrong,Jinzhong,Fengwei,Jinqiandu,Luzian Xianwen,Qianning No.1)from different regions of Huazhou City,Guangdong Province,and conducted a re-grafting experiment at the Huajuhong base within the Guangdong Agricultural Reclamation Scientific Research Institute of Tropical Crops,to investigate the adaptability,bo-tanical trait characterization,and changes in the effective constituents of the young fruits of the eight Huajuhong germplasm resources after they were rewired and replanted in the Dao Di medicinal herb production area of Huazhou.The results showed that the various germplasm resources presented different adaptabilities,among which,the plants of the Miyejinmao and Lu-zengxianwen germplasm resources presented weak plant growth after grafting,and had no suitable young fruits collected,while the plants of the Miye,Huangrong,and Jinzhong germplasm resources presented strong plant growth after grafting,and the botanical traits of the leaves,flowers,and young fruits performed well.Huangrong and Jinzhong presented relatively high contents of total flavonoids,naringin,and rhoifolin within the young fruits.In summary,from the viewpoints of both plant growth adaptability after grafting and the effectiveness of processed herbs,Huangrong and Jinzhong are more suitable for local grafting in Huazhou and can contribute to the sustainable development of the Huajuhong industry.关键词
