Abstract
The acid release performance of pH slip agent TF-220R in the dyeing process of nylon fabric was stud-ied.The results show that the acid release performance is significantly related to the temperature of DoseResp function.Through the nonlinear fitting curve,it can be calculated that TF-220R has the fastest acid release rate at 80℃,and the acid release amount reaches 1/2 at this time,and need to set the heat preservation stage.In addition,compared with gla-cial acetic acid,TF-220R has obvious slow dyeing properties for acid dyes,which can significantly improve the dyeing uni-formity of acid dyes,and the final color yield is also higher.关键词
