摘要

Abstract

As one of the key equipment in the printing and dyeing industry,the importance of the dyeing vat can-not be ignored.In order to improve the dyeing accuracy of the dyeing vat,the TRIZ method is used to conduct technical analysis on the existing dyeing vat system.Tools such as functional/component,causal,and resource analysis are used to identify the root causes of dyeing vat problems and determine breakthrough points.Using methods such as cutting,object field modeling,scientific effect library,technical contradictions,physical contradictions,and S-curve to solve the problem,a total of 21 conceptual schemes were generated.Finally,a combination scheme of 1,5,9,16,17 and 21 was adopted.This solution achieves automatic transmission of dyeing chemicals in overflow dyeing tanks,online detection of bath ratio,dye uptake rate,and automatic color matching.The improved dyeing accuracy is increased by more than 10%,which can achieve fully automatic dyeing,save energy and water,and reduce printing and dyeing sewage by about 5%.It is environ-mentally friendly,energy-saving,and effectively improves production efficiency.
