Abstract
The key factors affecting the color fastness of textiles,including fiber material properties,dye selection,and dyeing process parameters were systematically analyzed.Through experiments,the optimal process conditions for different fiber-dye combinations were verified.The research results show that cotton fabrics dyed with reactive dyes at 80℃and pH 11 can achieve a 4 grade washing fastness,while polyester fabrics dyed with disperse dyes at 130℃under high pressure can reach a 4-5 grade washing fastness.In terms of detection methods,the standard detection methods of color fastness to washing,rubbing,and light were compared and analyzed.It was found that laboratory detection methods and rapid detection methods each have their advantages.Enterprises should select appropriate detection schemes based on product characteristics and quality requirements.Specific solutions were provided for the problems of temperature and humidity control and subjective rating in the detection process,such as introducing digital color measurement equipment and optimizing the laboratory environment.Based on the research results,practical suggestions for improving the color fastness of textiles were proposed from three dimensions:process optimization,detection process improvement,and consumer usage guidance.关键词
