摘要

Abstract

During exercise,the body's metabolic heat production and ambient temperature change work together,which can easily lead to thermal imbalance of the body,directly affecting exercise performance and physiological safety.Although traditional sports fabrics have moisture-wicking and breathable properties,they have obvious limitations in dynamic thermal management.Intelligent temperature control fabrics can realize adaptive absorption,storage and release of heat by encapsulating functional units such as phase change materials and shape memory alloys,providing a new technology path for sports thermal comfort regulation.Therefore,the material selection and structural design of intelligent temperature-controlled fabrics in sportswear are studied,in order to provide a theoretical basis for improving the thermophysiological adaptability of sports equipment.
