摘要

Abstract

Based on the Yebatan Hydropower Station project,the study investigated the effects of incorporating fly ash,silica fume,PVA fibers,HF abrasion-resistant agent,and CK abrasion-resistant agent on the per-formance of abrasion-resistant concrete.The results indicate that adding 15%fly ash and 5%silica fume en-hances compressive strength and elastic modulus through pozzolanic effects and micro-aggregate filling,but slightly increases drying shrinkage and autogenous shrinkage.The introduction of PVA fibers significantly im-proves splitting tensile strength and ultimate tensile values,and the fibers can mitigate the shrinkage side effects of silica fume.The CK abrasion-resistant agent exhibits the best overall performance,with simultane-ous improvements in compressive strength,abrasion resistance,and elastic modulus,and significantly reduces drying shrinkage and autogenous shrinkage.The HF abrasion-resistant agent shows significant early strength improvement,but its long-term effects are weaker.Additionally,silica fume and PVA fibers slightly increase adiabatic temperature rise,while the CK abrasion-resistant agent optimizes both temperature control and vol-ume stability.
