摘要

Abstract

Taking the impoundment of Yebatan Hydropower Project as an example,this papaer introduces the general principles of impoundment,analyzes the key factors influencing the impoundment,puts forward a phased route based on risk management,and proposes an optimized plan.Ultimately,it defines control indicators such as sluice closing after the flood season in mid-October and controlling the water storage rate to no more than 5 m/d.It also proposes measures such as establishing a multi-level risk prevention and control mechanism to effectively ensure project safety and achieve scheduled power generation.This study provides an important reference for impoundment at similar large hydropower projects and can serve as a reference for subsequent projects.
