摘要
Abstract
Located in a high-altitude,cold,and low-oxygen environment, the four turbine generator units of the Suwalong Hydropower Project all experienced oil mist leakage from water-guided oil troughs within one year of operation, posing serious threats to equipment safety, personnel health, and surrounding ecosystems.Through comprehensive analysis of internal structural design, manufacturing processes, oil level management, and oil quality factors, this study proposes an integrated solution combining"reduction, drainage, guidance, and bloc-king"measures.The proposed solutions include optimized oil level control, installation of high-efficiency oil mist absorption devices, addition of oil respirators, and deployment of contact-type oil-blocking brushes. After implementing these upgrades across all four units, oil mist leakage was reduced by approximately 97%,mainte-nance costs decreased by about 95%,and operational efficiency improved by around 5%.These improvements significantly enhanced the operational environment of the units, providing a reliable technical reference for man-aging oil mist in high-altitude large-scale hydroelectric generator bearings.关键词
