摘要

Abstract

This study focuses on the four turbine units at the Suwalong Hydropower Project.It analyzes the ef-ficiency curves,water consumption rates,and unit vibration/runout data under different load conditions to de-termine the high-efficiency operating range and optimal operating conditions for each unit.The results indicate that operating within the optimized load range can improve turbine efficiency by 3-4%compared to lower load conditions.This efficiency gain can translate to a significant increase in daily power generation of up to 296.4 MWh per unit.By prioritizing load distribution to keep units within their best operating ranges(270MW for u-nits 1F and 2F,260MW for unit 3F,and 250MW for unit 4F),maximum power output can be achieved for the same water discharge volume.Furthermore,this optimized operation ensures stable vibration/runout values and reduces mechanical wear.Based on these findings,a load distribution optimization strategy is proposed,providing a theoretical foundation for enhancing both the economic benefits and operational stability of the hy-dropower project.
