Abstract
After the commissioning of Suwalong Hydropower Project,severe oil fling occurred in the lower guide bearings of all four units.This resulted in extensive oil contamination within the turbine pit,oil accumulation on equipment surfaces,and continuous lubricant consumption.These issues not only increased operation and maintenance burdens but also posed safety hazards.Through systematic analysis,this study identifies the root cause as the combined effects of multiple factors,primarily including an excessive operating oil level and an in-adequate design of the oil-retaining pipe.This paper elaborates on the treatment process for the oil fling issue in the lower guide bearings of the units of Suwalong Hydropower Project,aiming to provide a systematic solu-tion for similar problems in large-scale hydroelectric generating units.关键词
