基于癌毒理论浅析王笑民教授以地黄丸为基础方治疗肿瘤的思路
Based on the theory of cancer toxicity,Professor Wang Xiaomin's idea of tumor treatment based on Dihuang pills
摘要
Abstract
It is generally believed that cancer toxin is a specific pathogenic factor produced by the combined action of various internal and external pathogenic factors on the body based on the"deficiency of vital Qi"of the body, and it is an important factor in the occurrence and development of tumors. Many Professors hold that cancer toxin belongs to Yang-heat pathogenic factors, with intense nature, and is often accompanied by Qi stagnation,phlegm-fluid retention, blood stasis, etc.Professor Wang Xiaomin, considering the characteristics of cancer toxin, briefly summarizes it as the pathological state of"yi"(a character composed of four'fire'radicals, indicating extreme heat). After invading the body,it tends to consume Qi and damage Yin,so Yin deficiency syndrome is commonly seen in clinical tumor patients.Dihuang pills,as a basic prescription for nourishing liver and kidney Yin and blood, are widely used in the syndrome differentiation and treatment of tumor patients with Yin deficiency.By analyzing the composition of Dihuang pills, this review expounds the new ideas of using Dihuang pills as the basic prescription in tumor treatment from three aspects:Nourishing yin and reinforcing the root to resist cancer toxin, clearing away heat and resolving"yi"to eliminate cancer toxin, and applying both clearing and tonifying methods in clinical treatment.Combined with the author's learning and summary of clinical experience from Professor Wang Xiaomin, this review aims to elaborate the application of Dihuang pills in tumor treatment and provides a new idea for the syndrome differentiation and treatment of tumors with traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
