中医耳鼻喉专家洪铭教授的学术思想及临床经验探析

Abstract
Analyze the academic ideology and clinical experience formed by Professor Hong Ming during his long-term clinical practice in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)otorhinolaryngology.Professor Hong emphasizes that the syndrome differentiation for ear,nose,and throat diseases can be guided by the theory of organ-orifice-meridian interconnection,integrating holistic and local perspectives in pattern identification.He advocates using the eight-principle pattern identification as the foundation,prioritizing visceral pattern identification,addressing both symptoms and root causes,balancing substance and function,and integrating pattern differentiation with disease diagnosis.Regarding treatment methods,he places great importance on external therapies,utilizing a combination of internal and external treatments.He advocates a multidimensional diagnostic and therapeutic model that incorporates dietary and psychological care,emphasizing dietary moderation,emotional counter-restraint,the combined use of acupuncture and herbal medicine,as well as Daoyin(guided exercises)and breathing techniques.Professor Hong skillfully utilizes modern diagnostic tools,integrating the strengths of both Chinese and Western medicine to leverage their respective strengths.关键词
