基于圆运动六经辨证体系浅谈多重耐药菌肺炎论治体会
Meridians preliminary discussion on the experience of treating multidrug-resistant bacterial pneumonia based on the six-meridian syndrome differentiation system of circular motion
摘要
Abstract
With the widespread use and abuse of antibiotics,pneumonia caused by multidrug-resistant bacteria is increasing in respiratory intensive care unit(RICU),and patients with multidrug-resistant bacteria pneumonia are more likely to develop severe pneumonia and multiple organ dysfunction.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)can effectively treat multidrug-resistant bacterial pneumonia in RICU,reduce the use of antibiotics,reduce the recurrence rate,improve the overall state,and promote the recovery of the disease.The syndrome differentiation of patients with multi-drug resistant bacteria infection in RICU mostly belongs to the Ben deficiency and Biao excess,which is characterized by"internal pathogenic toxin"and"no movement of Taiyin and insufficiency of Shaoyin"as the origin.The treatment should replenish deficiency and drain excess,activate the central axis,and carrying out four rounds of operation.The proposed treatment method includes clearing heat and purging the intestines to restore the descending function of the right path,supporting the vital essence and promoting penetration to disperse the pathogenic factors of the three Yin,strengthening the spleen and stomach,purging heat through the intestines to activate the axis,and warming the kidney to assist Yang and disperse Yin cold,in order to restore the rounded movement of Qi.It provides a new way for the differentiation and treatment of multi-drug resistant bacteria pneumonia in TCM.关键词
