复方黄连素片联合马应龙痔疮膏及红霉素软膏治疗炎性外痔(湿热藴结型)的临床观察
Clinical observation of Fufang Huangliansu tablets combined with Mayinglong musk hemorrhoids ointment and Erythromycin ointment in the treatment of damp-heat accumulated inflammatory external hemorrhoids

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of Fufang Huangliansu tablets combined with Mayinglong musk hemorrhoids ointment and erythromycin ointment in the treatment of damp-heat accumulated inflammatory external hemorrhoids.Methods 120 patients with damp-heat accumulated inflammatory external hemorrhoids who were treated in hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group(60 cases in each group).The control group was treated with Mayinglong musk hemorrhoids ointment and erythromycin ointment,and the observation group was treated with Fufang Huangliansu tablets combined with Mayinglong musk hemorrhoids ointment and erythromycin ointment.The clinical efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS),numeric rating scale(NRS),the serum levels of inflammatory factors,scores for TCM symptoms,turnaround time of symptoms and signs and drug side effects of the two groups were observed and compared before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the clinical efficacy,VAS score,NRS score,serum inflammatory factors,and TCM syndrome score of the two groups of patients were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The observation group was significantly lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no adverse drug reactions in the two groups of patients.Conclusion The effect of Fufang Huangliansu tablets combined with Mayinglong musk hemorrhoids ointment and erythromycin ointment treating damp-heat accumulated inflammatory external hemorrhoids is significant.It can effectively improve the patients'symptoms and signs,reduce inflammatory factors level,alleviate pain,improve acute symptoms such as the swelling degree and size of external hemorrhoids,clinical blood in the stool,discomfort caused by anal prolapse,etc.,and have good safety.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.关键词
