摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of combined acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)in treating slow transit constipation. Methods Randomized controlled trials on combined acupuncture and TCM for slow transit constipation were searched in databases including CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,CBM,PubMed,Web of Science, and Cochrane Library, with the search period spanning from database inception to May 1,2025.Meta-analysis of efficacy rates and adverse drug reactions was performed using RevMan 5.4 and Stata 17 software. Results Twenty-two RCTs involving 2473 patients were included after screening based on inclusion and exclusion criteria.Meta-analysis results demonstrated that the experimental group significantly outperformed the control group in the following aspects:total efficacy rate[RR=1.32,95%CI(1.27,1.37),P<0.00001],stool consistency[WMD=0.57,95%CI(0.38,0.76),P<0.00001],degree of straining during defecation[WMD=0.63,95%CI(0.47,0.80),P<0.00001],defecation time[WMD=0.58,95%CI(0.39,0.77),P<0.00001],defecation frequency[WMD=0.66,95%CI(0.39,0.92),P<0.0001],total TCM symptom score[WMD=3.26,95%CI(2.08,4.44),P<0.0001],colonic transit test[WMD=6.15,95%CI(4.25,8.04),P<0.00001],incidence of adverse reactions[RR=0.25,95%CI(0.10,0.64),P<0.01].Conclusion Combined acupuncture and TCM is effective and safe for slow transit constipation.关键词
