Abstract

Aiming at the problem of determining the roof cutting and pressure relief parameters of narrow coal pillar roadway excavation along goaf of the 9202 fully mechanized caving face in Dongyi Coal Industry,through theoretical analysis and formula calculation,reasonable blasting and hole drilling parameters are determined,and a joint support method of"roof pre-splitting and pressure relief+narrow coal pillar support+effective support of collapsed rock mass"is proposed,a composite stable bearing structure of roadway-coal pillar-goaf surrounding rock is constructed.The results show that the length of the arc-shaped triangular block above the coal pillar plays a key role in the stress transmission of the roadway roof.When the blasting hole depth is set to 27 m and the blasting hole spacing is 0.5 m,the arc-shaped triangular block can be effectively cut,and the roadway surrounding rock stress can be reduced;The width of the coal pillar is reduced from 18 m to 8 m,narrow coal pillar roadway protection is successfully achieved;The deformation of the roadway surrounding rock is monitored by cross-point measurement method and roof lay separation instrument.The results indicate that the displacement amount of the roadway roof and floor is 100 mm,and the displacement amount of the two sides is 160 mm.The deformation amount of the surrounding rock is relatively small,achieving the expected effect.
