Abstract

Unreasonable layout ways of coal pillars may lead to safety issues such as roadway roof caving,side deformation and so on,seriously affecting normal production and personnel safety of coal mines.Therefore,taking the 11#and 13#coal seams of Sunjiagou Coal Mine as the research objects,through UDEC numerical simulation technology,the optimal layout strategy of 13504 track roadway is determined,and mine pressure monitoring is conducted in multiple testing areas.The research results show that a small spacing internal staggered layout scheme is adopted for the front end of the 13504 track roadway,achieving a 5-meter internal staggered layout relative to the 11201 track roadway;the vertical stress distribution of the rocks around the roadway is significant influenced by the strip-shaped coal pillars when there is a distance of 12 m between the part near the end of the 13504 track roadway and the filling body beside the roadway.The on-site deformation monitoring data indicate that the maximum convergence amount between the roof and floor of the 13504 working face stoping roadway is 286 mm,and the maximum convergence amount between the two sides is 95 mm.With the progress of the roadway excavation operation,the range of the plastic deformation area of the roadway surrounding rock remains at a relatively low level,which verifies the effectiveness of the implemented surrounding rock control strategy.
