Abstract
In order to improve the utilization rate of coal resources and alleviate the current situation of tense connection in mines,taking the 110902 working face roadway retaining along goaf engineering of Qipanjing Coal Mine(East District)as the research object,a bidirectional energy gathering blasting pre-splitting technology process is proposed.Combining empirical method and theoretical calculation method,the reasonable cutting depth of the working face is determined to be 8.5 m,the stress transmission path in the goaf is effectively cut and directional blasting and collapse of the goaf roof are achieved;In view of the problem of the surrounding rock being affected by mining in a relativley large manner during the process of roadway retaining along goaf,a constant resistance large deformation anchor cable reinforcement support process and a temporary support process for retaining gangue behind bracket are proposed.The practice shows that after the process construction of roof cutting and pressure relief roadway retaining along goaf,the maximum subsidence amount of the roadway roof stabilizes at around 175 mm,the volume of the roadway heaving floor stabilizes at around 100 mm,the deformation amount of the goaf roadway side stabilizes at around 125 mm,and the deformation amount of the solid coal side stabilizes at around 86 mm;After the roadway is stabilized,the load of the anchor cable stabilizes at around 230 kN.After the construction of this process,the roof subsidence of the retaining roadway and the phenomenon of gangue entering the retaining roadway can be effectively controlled,so that the retaining roadway can maximize self load-bearing capacity and ensure the overall stability of the surrounding rock.关键词
