Abstract

Aiming at the problem of difficulty in controlling surrounding rock deformation under multiple times of mining actions of the 93lower09 working face roadway along goaf in Nantun Coal Mine,a technical scheme based on NPR anchor rod/cable coupling support is proposed.Through FLAC3D numerical simulation,on-site monitoring,and engineering practice,the deformation and failure mechanism of roadway surrounding rock is analyzed,it is found that the roadway surrounding rock is severely affected by mining,and the local stress concentration is obvious.Traditional support ways are difficult to meet the stability requirements under deep high stress and large deformation environment.For this reason,this research adopts NPR anchor rod/cable coupling strengthening support technology,the initial deformation of the surrounding rock is constrained by high pre-stress,and the constant resistance characteristics are utilized to adapt to the continuous deformation of the surrounding rock,and achieve active reinforcement and coordinated support.The displacement amount of the roof,side,and floor are reduced by 63.6%,50.9%,and 62.5%,respectively.The support repair rate is decreased by 85%,and the construction efficiency is improved by over 22%,ensuring the long-term stability of the roadway.
