Abstract

In view of the existing problems of low prediction accuracy of surrounding rock,insufficient support bearing capacity,weak deformation control ability of high stress surrounding rock,complex construction process and others in the excavation and support of the 2501 return air roadway,based on surrounding rock monitoring,numerical simulation,and on-site testing,measures such as surrounding rock monitoring driven support optimization,high-strength anchoring,multi-level support,process integration and others are proposed.By monitoring the roof layer separation and the surrounding rock stress,combined with FLAC3D optimized support parameters,a rigid flexible combination support system is formed,and sprayed concrete and the encrypted layout of anchor cables are optimized;The construction adopts anchor rod machine,hydraulic anchor cable tensioning and stretching integrated machine and intelligent monitoring to improve construction efficiency;Combining intelligent monitoring with numerical simulation to achieve dynamic support optimization.The application results show that the optimized scheme reduces the amount of roof layer separation by 42.8%,improves the anchor rod pulling force by 25.1%,reduces the stress fluctuation of surrounding rock by 26.1%,and improves construction efficiency by 23.2%,significantly improving the adaptability and safety of support.The research can provide technical support for coal mine excavation and support under complex surrounding rock conditions.
