Abstract
Aiming at the problems of unstable roof control,strong mine pressure behavior,severe roadway deformation,poor management of harmful gases and coal dust,low production efficiency and so on in the 2A303 fully mechanized mining face of Yongxin Coal Mine,based on mine pressure theory,numerical simulation,and dynamic monitoring technology,a roof dynamic control mode of"timely support+process collaboration"is proposed,combined with comprehensive measures such as hydraulic fracturing weakening,advanced support strengthening,and remote control,etc.,through implementing technologies such as bracket initial support force of≥24 MPa,advanced support density of 4 rods/m,hydraulic fracturing water injection pressure of 35 MPa and others,the roof layer separation and mine pressure behavior are effectively suppressed,the roof subsidence amount is controlled to≤200 mm/cycle,the roadway deformation amount is decreased to 20 mm/shift,the corner gas concentration is controlled below 0.8%,the coal dust concentration is decreased to 10 mg/m3,the working face advancement speed is improved to 5 m/d,and the equipment failure rate is decreased to below 3%.The results show that the technical scheme significantly improves the safety,stability,and production efficiency of the working face,provides scientific basis and practical experience for safe and efficient mining under complex geological conditions.关键词
